MCL PROVIDES A RANGE OF TECHNOLOGY-RELATED SERVICES TO CONSISTENT HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND PERSONAL SERVICE.

MCL has been at the forefront of introducing a number of technology and information solutions.  Much of the software development has now passed to our shareholder partner Euclid, and we continue to offer technology-based consultancy and project management services.

MCL has invested heavily in new software solutions to assist with data processing and communications.

Examples include:

• The administration of English National Concessionary Travel Schemes covering over 1.6 million ITSO smart cards.
• Project management and provision of advice in connection with Concession Management Systems (CMS) and the integration of data systems.
• The development of systems to enable the analysis of Electronic Ticket Machine data for a range of planning and financial administration purposes including upgrading to E P Morris’s latest software.
• Integration of live smart card systems within the reimbursement administration process.
• The use of HOPS data for the administration of operator revenue apportionment for commercial smartcard schemes.

MCL works closely with its shareholder Euclid Ltd to maximize the services it can provide in this area.
