Project Director. Accountant and administrator with 15 years experience as Financial Director in the bus industry prior to joining MCL in 2003. Financial systems, Concessionary travel scheme administration, Project Management, Client Co-ordination.
John McKillop – (CMILT, MMRS)
Director Of Professional Services
Principal Consultant/Project Director, Transport Planner with a research background. Over 30 years experience in the PT Sector. Research and Surveys, Ticketing and data systems, network development, young persons’ travel initiatives.
Wayne Brathwaite – (BSc/Hons, MILT)
Technical Operations Director
Senior Consultant/Project Manager with over 20 years experience of public transport and traffic management. Transport Management & Logistics degree from Aston University. Concessionary Travel, additional capacity cost claims assessments, ticketing and data systems, data extraction and analysis, smart cards, smart ticketing.
Kevin Hawkins – (CMILT)
Extensive bus industry experience at a strategic level with network planning, service analysis, bus ticketing and operational skills. Over 30 years of experience with Arriva Southern Counties, culminating as Regional Commercial Director. Joined MCL in November 2015.
Strategy and Development Director
Dennis was a previous Senior Commercial Head in the Public Transportation industry with Regional Board management level experience with Arriva, where he looked after Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Essex areas. Considered by Arriva as their National expert for Concessionary schemes, he also has a great deal of experience in negotiation, commercial modelling, route costing, contract bidding, fares and vehicle optimization. He has a MSC in Economics and Finance from the University of York.

Over 30 years’ experience in administration and office management working within a variety of industries from engineering and finance to local government.

Transport planner with a background in Geography. Transport Planning and Management master’s degree from Westminster University. Leading the Data Processing Team.
Rob Bragg – (MAAT)
Revenue & Data Systems Deputy Team Leader
Completed his Accounting Technician qualification and currently studying for CIMA. Team member and deputy leader, analysing data produced through the system to ensure integrity and continuity, financial analysis.
Wolfgang Bokelmann – (MILT)
Consultant. Transport Planner with a background in Geography. 20+ years experience in the UK and Europe. Accessibility planning, market, patronage and revenue analysis, Network and service development.
Harry Gingell – (MAAT)
Revenue & Data Systems Assistant
Started as an Apprentice with MCL from September 2017. After completing Association of Accounting Technician’s professional examinations, has remained as a Team member.
