Annual event to review DfT Guidance

NOVEMBER 2012 All MCL Clients met together at the Institute of Directors, London, on 27th November for what is now an annual event to review the latest DfT Guidance and consider the publication of the next year’s concessionary travel schemes. Part of the meeting was a refresher on how the Calculator works and a look at MCL’s detailed forecasting methods. Good discussion and sharing of experiences took place and an enjoyable lunch was had by all.

Team changes at MCL

SEPTEMBER  2012 MCL was sorry to see the departure of Lorretta Runacre, head of the claims team who has moved to Surrey to be closer to her husband’s place of work. Lorri’s place has been taken by Robbie O’Brien who has been with MCL since July 2011 and who transfers from his work as a Graduate Transport Analyst. Robbie can be seen on The MCL Team page. Robert Bragg has been promoted to Deputy Team Leader. We wish Lorri good luck in her new life and work – yes she has already got an exciting job!
